Cooking isn’t always so fun to do, especially not when you’re by yourself. Therefore, we have listed three tips that make the cooking process more exciting:

Sing

You release stress when you’re singing and you don’t need to think of anything else. Well, you have to make sure to not burn anything and check on your food from time to time. However, when singing, your main focus should not be to cook just for the cause of it, but to make the cooking more fun. You don’t need to be Aretha Franklin to pull this stunt off, you just need to let go of the thing that holds you back. Remember, in your kitchen, you’re the boss!

Dance

Add some moves to your singing while you’re on it! Or, if you’re really not comfortable with doing that, just turn up the music and go crazy to the tunes of Beyonce, Nirvana, U2…whatever makes you want to shake around for a minute, or twenty. You can even look at the dancing part as working out. You set the standard for how ambitious you want your cooking process to be. Wouldn’t it be more fun, instead of taking the pan straight to the dishes, to do a little pirouette before doing so?

Get Help From Your Inner Gordon Ramsay

You don’t need to curse all the time while your cooking, that’s not the main point here. But, if you feel that you’ll get something out from doing so, feel free to try it out! What you really should be doing though is making something you’ve never made before, Whether it’s lobster or just flipping some pancakes in the air, make sure to try something completely new for you. We’ll promise that the cooking process will be more fun if you break the patterns of always creating same old, same old…
